Shipping policy
United States Standard Shipping
The Smarter Foods Co. orders ship on Mondays through Fridays via UPS. Please allow up to 3-5 business days for shipments to go out. Once your package leaves our warehouse, a tracking number will be sent to your email within 24 hours. If you do not receive any tracking message within 24 hours of placing your order, please contact our Customer Support team at connect@thesmarterfoods.co.
Please allow up to 4 business days for your package to arrive before reaching out to customer service. The cost of shipping will be calculated at purchase, but domestic orders of $100 or more will be shipped free of charge within the contiguous United States.
We also offer expedited shipping services for an additional fee. Please contact Customer Service if you would like to request expedited shipping.
International Shipping
The Smarter Foods Co. does not offer international shipping at this time.
